Is anyone out there starting to see egg production go up yet with the days getting longer? I am a little bit, I was getting 42 eggs a week from my ten hens last month, now I'm getting 45 and 46 a week, doesn't seem like much but it's a little better.

I am! All of my girls are laying faithfully now, whereas before if I got 2 a day, I was lucky.
Now, 17 a day!

I only have two laying hens and was getting about 6 eggs per week between the two of them during Dec-Jan. Their production has nearly doubled in the past week or so. Plus, one of my EEs just started laying, so I find 2-3 eggs per day. Hooray for sunshine!

Well, I am in Deep East Texas, that's probably why mine started earlier. We have had a cold winter for here, but not nearly as bad as a lot of other places.

Not only has egg production begun to pick up a bit, my free loading Wellie (who turns a year old next month) finally decided to start laying!

YES!! And that's with a light that we've had in there too so they've HAD light! We have so many they're coming out of our ears, lol.. we even have my grandma's three chickens here while she recovers from her surgery so there's even more. I love it!

Yes here too. Went from 3-4 four a day in Dec and Jan to 7-8 for the last week and 9 today!
