well I thought I would stop and make this post to let everyone know I am still alive LOL ( barely )

I have been super busy with the chickens have 38 now in 4 diffrent age groups they are keeping me busy -- I hatched 10 banty cochins on mother's day - 3 turned out to be frizzles and most turned out to be roos !!!

I have had a really bad run of getting roo lately if I look at an egg it will hatch a rooster [IMG] I have about 10-13 most are for sell.

Me and my DH have been running a fireworks stand for the past 2 weeks thank god that is over finally !!! I was working around the house and taking care of critters during the day while DH worked his real job and than we would both run to the stand and be there until midnight everynight.

I also had some serama eggs set in the bator - none hatched - I have banty cochins eggs in there that are getting pulled tomorrow - none are doing anything and I got an email from the breeder - saying he is having fertility issues in his flock right now - so 2 failed batches really suck right now I have button quail eggs in there on day 7 - so if anyone has any advice on them PLEASE let me know !!!!!

so things here are crazy busy right now - but fireworks season is over so things can go back to normal - what ever that is around here [IMG] -

but that is pretty much what I have been up to so in case you were wondering - now you know LOL

I will be able to get back to life as I know it and love it now !! so I will be able to get to my computer and check in with everyone more often.

I have a BR roo Maverick who was a total sweetheart but since all this fireworks stuff came along I have very little time to spend cuddling the teenagers and now he is starting to act up alittle so I will have to have alittle mommy time with him to get him to settle back down -- alot of the young roos are getting to be a handful out there -- right now I have

    teenagers --
    BR Maverick
    Lakenvelder- Cooper ( 4 sell )
    Red banty cochin - Blaze ( 4 sell )
golden sebright Trouble ( maybe 4 sell )

    babies -
frizzle banty cochin - Fritz ( 4 sell ) black
    frizzle banty cochin - brown ( 4 sell )
two tone colored banty cochin ( 4 sell )
blue banty cochin - Blue Roo
    white banty cochin
unknown breed standard size roo - Bob ( 4 sell )

and Clyde my 1 yr banty roo

so does anyone want a rooster LOL

and Cyn - the little twin orphs are wild girls ( [IMG] ) they run up and down the outside brooder which is a 9 foot long by 3 foot wide hoop coop - they love it outside it is getting harder to tell them apart Rhett still has alittle white on both sides of her face I will be getting some pics sometime this week of everyone.

glad to know I was missed - I promise not to stay away so long.
