Aren't they pretty?? Would you buy them?

Gorgeous! Course I am bias, I have a carton just like that in my fridge and I'm right proud of it too.

OK, dumb question, but . . . everyone says NOT to wash the eggs until you are ready to use them. I'm not yet getting eggs from my 19-week old hens and wonder how unappealing they might look unwashed in a carton, if I intend to give a few away to relatives. Did you wash the ones you showed in the pictures?

All my eggs always come out clean

Never had a poopy egg. My hens never stay in the nest box yet to poop in there. So they are always nice and clean. When we would buy eggs from a friend before we got our own they were never dirty either and she never washed them.

Mine stay pretty clean, once in a while I will get one with a little poop on it if it's layed on the floor. If needed a take a rag and just wipe of the dirty spot.
