I am really surprised it has been this tough to get things handled. I have given most of business to Double R just because of how quickly they will handle something. Granted I know sometimes the parts on things have a few day turn around because they have to get it drop shipped from the original manufacturer, but see if you can talk directly to Michelle Rogers, she's excellent and has always made sure everything is in order with my purchases.
I sure hope this isn't a sign of their business succombing to the new lazy way of doing business we see so much of these days.
