ok good one plecenta is out thats a relief, sounds like she is aborting, 2 fully formed but small kittens , ugh sounds like they are born too soon. poor You and poor cat.

expect that the rest in there are going to be still born also, this is so heartbreaking, I would love to get my hands on the jerk that dumped the poor cat. so unfair to you and to her.

how hard is her tummy and can you feel anymore babies in there?

Thats what I am thinking. I hope she is able to feed them and they will be OK. How do you know if they are all out in a situation like this? She will probably have to have a vet check dont you think? Anything left in could be really bad.

Okay I called and left another urgent message on my vets emerg line. the 2 kittens that are here are very vigorous meowing and attempting to nurse. As she contracts I keep seeing something stick out and then go back in. I am not sure if it is another kitten or maybe a placenta. If it is another kitten this one is in a sack

is the plecenta and or another kit,
You can gently massage her tummy a little and help the kitten ro plecenta along hte shoot out. but be very gentle.

Good! I thought the rest would be stillborn too. Maybe she is getting the hang of it, since she took care of this one herself. She also must not be in as much pain.

And, if the kittens are trying to find food and mewing, they should be OK.
