Having culled two roos I thought, "Jeepers!"
"It will be a while till they crow."
Then what do you know,
There's a new crower waking the sleepers.

Ahh Laree they are beautiful and is that the color of the eggs in the background. Good grief how could you ever tell the vitality of them?

I gave in a midnight folks and woke up at 4 am to 4 peeps and again at 6 am to 8 peeps. Still more to go, a few have pipped but not working at it. I would like to see more than 4 of my Delaware hatch. I'm getting ready to move the dry kids out because they are stomping on the the remaining eggs. I'm so excited they are all adorable and vibrant.

Hi,
Question!!! I have one egg that is pipping low ... is it doomed? There are a few of my eggs that have air sacs that extend down the side of the eggs (from shipping?). So I'm hoping it is one of them. I'm hoping it won't drown!!!

My total this morning is 3 starting to zip, and 7 with pips

Now the other 11 need to get a move on

My DS is begging to stay home from school, I'm like no - go to school, I can come and get you if one is getting close to hatching, his school isn't that far away, and I'm sure he will see some hatch, even if it's not the first one.
