I am real sick of these ever increasing chick feed prices!

Is there ANY way we could all buy a truckload full at a better price (why is it sooo much cheaper at tractor supply in other states?) once a month and then distribute amongst ourselfs? Sounds complicated but might be worth it from a cost point of view.
