Not a ton of shade but grows 15 - 20 feet per year!

What do the totes look like? I always just used a water heater box.
BTW, anyone have a water heater box available? The screen I put over the brooder to keep the dust in fits a water heater box because that's what I had available the first time I got chicks.

The $5 clearance totes are these:
Roughly 16" X 21" X 11" deep

The one I got for the chickies ($18) is this:
Roughly 18" X 32" X 18" deep

Does anyone have any Wheaton or blue wheaton Americana eggs, chicks or pullets for sell? I am the idiot that didn't realize the turned was broke for 5+ days that I got Mahroni and didn't get any to hatch out. I was planning on get more eggs from Mahroni, but his jerk neighbor!!! I may go over to the neighbor and give him a piece of my mind. He is now screwing with my 4th grade class' fundraiser!

I'm very visual so I appreciate the pics and sizes. I've always used a cardboard box and creatively added on as they grew but I think the tote is the way to go this time. I think I saw a little tutorial one time on making the lid for one. Off to find it.

OMGosh! What happened here this weekend?!! I haven't read all 20 pages, but I think I got the gist of it.

Mahonri, I'm so sorry the city is coming down on you. If only the complainer could have spoken with you before going to the city, maybe something could have been worked out. I wonder if the complainer knows how much you've done for people all across the state? Your good will has been felt far and wide. This is a huge hit to the AZ byc community. I hope you get to keep your 20 hens.
