I stopped by Tracydr's on the way to MCC tonight & picken them up. They're sitting (even as I type) on a desk in my office with a heating pad trying to keep warm!

She seems to be fine now. Sorry, I panicked a little. (why isn't there an "embarrassed" smiley?)

There was only one drop of blood. I wiped it off with a paper towel and put a tiny bit of bacitracin on it and it seemed to stop completely.
I just seemed to remember reading something about if you pull off the umbilical, the chick is doomed.
Of course, I did it just as I had to run out the door and I didn't have time to do a search.

I'm down to 6 chicks now. I delivered 4 to my friend who ordered with me and 3 to Tracy.

I'll try to get pictures tomorrow, but it's another busy day. I'm sure I'll be able to do it Saturday at the latest.
In the meantime, this is a fun thread: I posted Daisy pictures. (she's an Ideal 236, our favorite right now)
