Several of them have a lump on their right side under/on their neck. I'm assuming that because several
of them have it it is probably part of their physiology but...

What the heck is gong on?

Anyone have some pullets around 6 weeks of age for sale? can I ask that here? I have a loner and she is SAD!! I checked craigslist but didnt see much, plus I hate craigslist.... when looking for chickens anyways! never know what youre gonna get!!

this is my adorable only survivor whom I love so much!! an olive egger...she's a doll, wants to sit on my lap all day and follows me everywhere. she needs a friend

I don't really know what I'm talking about. They (peepers/cluckers) are 5 weeks old and today I noticed it. The lumps are about 2/3 the size of a golf ball.
 
It's their crops. They get bigger towards evening, look smaller in the morning... etc...

If they become too swollen they can have sour crop... and there is a treatment for that.

I have a 6 week old EE roo... but I'm going to try and keep him as long as possible.
