Arizona Chickens

Mikey: I'll be glad to help you out!

I never butchered a chicken before, but would love to learn how (only watched youtube videos on it). May I be present for it? I would love to help out. No roos needed though, I have plenty of chickens already..would love the education and hands on experience though.

You got it folks!

Kat - I'll see if I can meet you at the mobile market this Saturday.

I don't care if they are plucked or skinned whichever works easier for you.

Process 4 keep 3? Does that sound cool?

And do you want the killing cones? Tracy has them & I'll have to pick them up if you'd like to use em.

Novaleigh - I'm not sure when Kat will be processing but I am sure she'd welcome help!

I'd love to come be an innocent bystander if you guys didn't mind. Heck I'd even bring one with me if that helped my case?

Kev,
let's hope I have that extra pullet for you, but she will come with a roo! It was seriously driving me crazy so I went back and got every last one.
SherrieT,
out of 11 basque, only 1 has yellow legs and I think it is a pullet. The rest look slate. The colors are all over the place.

That sounds like a deal to me.

i remember when my cousin wanted to learn to butcher chickens
or turkeys right when he saw the blood he fainted and fell on the lader
i seen people faint when they see blood it is not funny
i would say its good to have some alcohol ready if you
are going to teach someone to butcher a chicken or turkey
in case if they faint with the blood they see when you process them
i always remeber when we process the chickens when my
cousin fainted and its not funny its serious we though he had
a seizure because he could not speak and almost had to call
the paramedics

If someone puts together a session that I can come to for butchering a turkey, I am in...
