How awesome! I got stuff to add too. Are we going to need a bigger box?
So is there growing information inside each of the bags of seeds?

Yeehaw. Can't wait. .
It nothing seems broken, then just put him in a crate for a couple days to make sure he can eat and drink without anyone bothering him. See if maybe he just sprained something and it resolves itself.
For those of you west siders who never ordered from the organic feed co-op because the drive was too far theres now a new delivery location in the north west valley at about 150th ave and Jomax. Only about 30 minutes from Wickenburg as well.

How does the Cecile Brunner handle the heat here? I used to have a lot of roses and most looked terrible in the heat of summer.Gallo
I think the Cecile Brunner would do as well as any other rose for you. Mine does keep it's leaves all winter, except the years with real cold and snow, then it tends to shed them, but not for that long.
Where did you get your tools? I'd love to learn to caponize.ever thought of caponizing them? I have ordered some tools cant wait to get my hands dirty....
Ouch! Hope he will be OK. It seems most birds heal quickly. We will have a few hen's free to good home by Saturday. . Our new flock is getting older & our new rooster that I totally love jumped out of my hands & hit a wall. He is now limping. . So bummed. . P.M. us for who is avaliable. .
You do know for our area we pick up our organic feed order at Baker's Nursery? The hard part for me is knowing how much to order. I always seem to run out before the next order gets here.Agh.. I haven't checked my email but is that for every 3 months the same location? Shoot that's way too far

I'm cooler than the valley so I never really have an issue with my roses. How does the Cecile Brunner handle the heat here? I used to have a lot of roses and most looked terrible in the heat of summer.

As far as I know Baker's is not closing and the June feed order has two pick up locations; Bakers and a persons house in another area.Yeah. I did hear that baker's was closing. . That is why I asked. . I will check email. .
My problem now is my pullets have grown, then I added a few more, then two more hens, now quail... well you do the math. Yeah chicken math is like that. So I've kept running out of feed since I keep adding poultry.I'm cooler than the valley so I never really have an issue with my roses.
For feed ordering; every time you open a bag of something write it on the calender. Right now I go through a bag of layer and a bag of chick a week but by the end of June I'm sure the chick will be up to a bag every four days like last year, but this helps me estimate pretty well. Also I always shoot to have an extra bag in case the delivery is delayed. I just pull it out when the new feed comes in and put it on top to be used first.
