anyone from Byc in Tucson still up?
Silly question!

Since there is such a wealth of info and great people on our Az Thread I thought I'd post this here as well.

I'm selling my 2005 GMC Sierra and looking for an older truck as my daily driver. Interested in classic 70-80's Chevy's. Thinking 350 motor, 4x4, automatic tranny, not sure on 3/4 or 1/2 ton.

@cyborg don't I remember you having a truck that fits into this category, maybe you have a line on another?

TIA
I bought a '95 GMC back in April. Found it on CraigsList. Truck is almost 20 years old, with 34K original miles. It was a U of A work truck.

Well I was wrong about my eggs haha! I found 18 of them today! They were up on top of the hay, under the tarp, never thought they could get up there!
What a stash! The little rascals.

These are 3 French Bresse that "Tiny" our jungle fowl is raising in the front yard. The one on the right has blue splash mixed, the other all grey one is a bit lighter, then finally the one standing up has a chipmunk stipe on her head..
Pretty color! Don't Bresse have longer breast bones than other chickens? Are they sex linked?

.....well I'm at Wendy's just a mile north of the INA exit off the i-10. However I think it's getting a little past my bedtime at 930 at night!

I'm about 15 miles north of you, just over the Pinal County line. Stuck here at work for another hour and change.
I'm sorry your stuck working,,,
I'm going to have to give the Tucson peeps some notice before I fly into town again!
If it works out I'll try to drop in to one of your meeting in the near future down there in them parts!... :fl

...I'd like to see Jenny your jersey giant sometime or see how big she is compared to another standard bred chicken!

Total birds I'm taking to November show, my two Andalusians, four Birmingham rollers, and two parlor rollers! I don't expect my Andalusians to do amazing but I expect my pigeons to do very well! I'm sending the forum and $ tomorrow or Thursday

I'm a 5th grade teacher in Avondale, AZ. I'm looking for about a dozen to a dozen and a half fertilized chicken eggs for an embryology unit with my 5th graders. Can anyone local help? I'm trying to avoid ordering them from EBay or craiglist.  I'm not picking about the breed... they will be given to a friend of mine that has a ranch in North Phoenix.  Thanks for the help!

Do you want to try fertile quail eggs instead?  They only take 16-17 days to hatch.  I can always take chicks back.

I can just see the teacher tying to chase down a frightened quail, from those excited kids...what kid will listen to the teacher, " no, you can't hold them yet"
With our kids I always used reverse psychology, " sure, yeah, go ahead, put your hand in the fire. I have time for the hospital now" they look at me like I'm crazy..
