It looks like a fairy egg and probably has no yolk. Did one of your girls just come out of molt and maybe starting back up with laying? I don't believe she's sick.So I'm on my way to work, but stopped to check the nesting boxes first...

No, like other's have said an oooppsss egg.. we have got maybe 2.. it is always so small. My dog thinks it's fun to chase my poor Japanese Bantam across the yard. She's my only bantam hen, so the only one the chihuahua has the courage to heckle. Had to stitch up her leg and her right shoulder today. As you can see, she's ok, but I don't want her to be hurt anymore. (She's in my brooder pigging out on scrambled egg to get extra protein into her)
Want to trade her to someone for any breed full-size pullet. She is laying, and also is a very good mom (she hatched 2 out for Christmas). She was born about June last year.
