If they've been able to see eachother up until now, and you are moving them at night. It should be ok. I always make sure there's multiple food, water, and shade sources so nobody gets left out. They will probably huddle in whatever corner is closest to where they used to be, trying to get back, for the first couple days. So provide shade and water near there.
They actually like to hang out in the big coop during the day so once it's dark I'll move them tonight. I'm sure I'll hear pitiful cries afterward but it'll be better than getting ant bites.
I'm lucky that my flock is pretty easy going. They don't really care about the little ones unless there's food involved and the chicks are so fast I don't think the bigs have actually made contact. Haha! Little punks.
