Dylan has bird bedtime. Her sun lamp goes off on a timer at 5:45, bedtime is 6:00pm. She starts the smoke alarm/microwave beep after the light goes off, in case I did not notice. Dark time in the closet keeps her from laying eggs. I do not need to be in here on my computer after 6 p.m., anyway!:)

Yes, how do they figure out the fire alarm?? Universal parrot annoyance. I have been going to bed earlier. I cover the chicken coop so the tv light doesn't bother them.. otherwise they keep peeking out their door, like wondering why im still there. Funny because the parrot, dogs, chickens and now the kiddo all go to bed at 7... i dont say or do a thing, eyes just start closing.
