Sorry for barging in so rarely. I just have been way too busy with running two businesses. But I wanted to let you know that Tractor Supply is coming to Wickenburg! That's right, my corner of the universe. Considering that I still have about 100 chickens, 14 alpacas, 8 horses... you can see why I am excited. They just got approved by planning and zoning so I guess fall this year? I'll keep you posted!

I had the same Wooohooo moment last night, only to go out to check tonight and there they were huddled under the coop...on another note...chicken math kicked in the other day...guess who bought more chicks today???? I'll post pics of them later! Since they are gonna be about 6 weeks apart, when could/should I start introducing them to each other?

TRACTOR SUPPLY? The same in the frozen north? I used to stop when in the area.

I have 3 eggs in a make shift incubator. It has been maintaining temp, but it has a hot spot. 1 has the air bobble clear at one end, it is dark on one side. The other 2 are dark and darker, I can not identify a air bubble. Yesterday there was a large dark spot. I'd there hope? Can not find my knots. I think I accidentally throw it away cleaning up. But I think if any are going to hatch it would be between 03-11 to 03-14. All three black spots are bigger then before.
