The heat is something to worry about as much as the cold. We live in Cottonwood and it can get up in the triple digits as well as snowing. For the heat, make sure they have access to a water bath and a fan. For cold and at night I would suggest a heat lamp. The comfort of your animal:The production of your animal.

Now you're talking.. How did the meeting go??? how was @carnivore dish?
Was there dirt in there.. From the bumpy ride...

It was delicious. Probably would have been better hot, but as hot as it is, cold dishes go better. I noticed not too many people were partaking of the hot coffee....her house only has evaporative cooling and fans. The thermometer on the wall said about 83 degrees. I am used to A/C and I keep the house at 71 degrees. I was melting by the time I left there after 2 hours...

Ughh this is not the time of year for evap cooling. Probably don't need to be having a get together this time of year if you don't have ac. 71 would be awesome, I thought I was pushing it at 75. I keep getting letters from aps telling me what my usage is compared to my neighbors. I wish they would print it on softer paper....

I can get away with the lower temp. since we have a lot of solar electric panels. I don't take the heat like I used to when I was younger.

71 degrees? That is the lowest I have ever heard. I keep mine at 78 I start to feel cold at 76. And at 80 I start to get restless.

I agree. 71 would have be shivering. I keep my house at 82 with ceiling fans during the day. Have to sleep cold so I set it at 79 and have 3 fans on. Lol

I tell my now wife, that when we were dating and the first night I slept over, she turned on a box fan to go to sleep. That's the moment I knew she was the one ... Lol

It is getting late since I have to edit.. Agh,
Cold press, 1st press olive oil.. Sleepy answers.. Go figure
Oh ok. Have you ever seen "Dirty Jobs"? They did one in Queen Creek at a Olive Tree place and showed the process. Where do you get yours? Might be worth the drive for fresh olive oil from the source.

I think I saw that one.. Queen creek right?
