Arizona Chickens

i think you have a boy that is a non bearded. He will still have a puff on his head when he is done feathering out. Looks to be a partridge or black. Can’t tell from the pictures. Now you probably got the dna back proving me wrong about the sex lol
Thank you for looking. I thought he was a boy, but then this week i thought differently! He is black, just has his grey baby down feathers coming out. Darn! I think you're right. Its been the biggest chick all along.

I sent the dna test samples 3 weeks ago, but they finally confirmed receipt Monday and said it could be up to another week before i find out. The whole point of paying was to rehome BEFORE we got attached! Too late now.

This lovely blue andalusian is broody for the second time in six weeks. She was hatched 8/14/19. She'd like to live someplace where her "talent" is more appreciated, maybe someone with a rooster.

I have some Dorkings on the way that I hope could do it. She is too big for my baby flock right now!

Yes, the Dorking's are supposed to be a broody breed. I have had 4 broodies here recently that I broke from it, but none of the one's that went broody was my Silver Grey Dorking/Red Ranger mix hen.

Well, maybe I have a chance with this big one you traded me! Huge, I need to take a photo of it with the rock chicks, to give you an idea of the size. Much bigger than the white Naked Neck I got with it. You can see the meat bird heritage!
