Arizona Chickens

Hi everyone, I have a chicken that was attacked by a dog about 3 weeks ago she is doing much better, feathers are coming back, but she has a hole in her neck area and when she eats or drinks the food/ water begins coming out. I think she is likely starving. Is the best thing to dispatch her? Or should I try to to super glue the wound shut or something? :( any ideas or opinions would be appreciated thank you.
I found this older thread.. looks like someone was able to repair the same issue.. hope it helps:

I am happy to report my little cochins (now 7.5 weeks) had a play date with the big girls and there were no decapitations! I let the D'Uccles out first, and they could have cared less, then the silkies, who seemed a little interested, then bored, then went back into the coop. I'll have them interact a few more times before they live together.
Oooo, I just got 3 Cochins. So excited, thinking 2 hens (photo) & 1 cockerel. They along with 3 silkies are still in the grow out pen. After this week gonna let them out supervised. Post photos of your girls

Oh ill take new pics shortly.. my splash looked like your one in the front of the pic, her blue has gotten more blue, very pretty, with her spots coming in nicely. I think you have a male standing in the back.. see how the comb starts lower on the beak. Can you post your other cochin? How old are they now?
Here is my splash at 4 weeks.

I cannot get over the weather! Waking up to a cold house and sunset being around 6 or 7 is crazy! I’ve gotten so used to the extreme heat we’ve been having so the change is nice :)

I feed mine the 16% with oyster shell included from TSC. That sure is a large decrease though, how long ago did you switch them to all flock?
it's been about 1.5 months now, last time I thought I was having a major decrease, I found where the smarties had made a hidden nest, I've since blocked all places (at least I believe I have) where they could be hiding the eggs. I picked up a couple of bags of Hearty Hen yesterday 18% protein and a bag of layer feed. I'm going to put 2 parts to 1 of Hearty Hen to Layer. I collected 3 so far from todays batch.
