Wanted to share new pics of the baby flock I hatched out! They don’t like the camera. At day 11 on the eggs I put in. I’m soooo anxious for them, like a kid in a candy store.

That’s all that would fit lol. candled at six days looked like 25 were growing at that time. I can’t get over how freakin cute the other ones are

How did you get the aloha chicken? Does she do well in the heat?

You'd better keep Hazel over there so that I don't make any NN/Aloha's.

How did you get the aloha chicken? Does she do well in the heat?

If I remember correctly, the person that developed and was breeding this breed retired from chicken raising.

Sommer is still around. She is working hard to have the breed accepted to the APA before she has to move in 3 years. Alaho's were bred here in Arizona, Phoenix actually and do well in our climate. Your hen is of the color type called 'Dun' I have Aloha's and am breeding the 'Confetti' type.

And there is a line of NN Aloha's. here is one from my Easter Hatch.
