Arizona Chickens

I have a fly problem.
It's getting HOT 🔥 (95°F today) and my hens/rooster have a 10x10 coop the floor is just the dirt that its built on (no floor bedding).
I have been hosing down the ground with water in there to keep my flock cool, but now have like a bunch of flies in there.
What can I do to keep it fly free and still cool for my chickens?
Try to just use misters to keep from having it so wet. I also use fly traps, you could hang one in the coop, and place some around the area. Fly goes in, can't get out!

What sort of misters?
The coop is a good 100 or more feet from a hose pipe (have to use a super long hose).
Under 2 shade trees, but still hot.

Those look pretty good. I use some that you dump the flies out of the jar, put in more attractant, re-use the jar.

I hang mine on the outside of the coop and run. I don't want any crazy chicken jumping up there and knocking them down.

There are hose-end misters, I think they are at Home Depot. I have used them, they stand up. Here is a link to what I have used in the desert, kept my Cornish-X meat birds alive.

Wow, their price went down, used to be $15! I used a bungee cord once to fasten one of those to the top of my kennel-based poultry run, so you have options. You can also fasten/daisy chain one hose to the next if a 100 ft hose isn't enough.

I let the broody out of broody jail today. I might have been able to do it yesterday, but decided to wait another day to make sure that she was broke. Right after I let her out, she and the cockerel got into it. Both are still alive, so that's a good thing. She didn't try to go back to the nesting box that she was in before.
