Arizona Chickens

Someone told me that they make a type of tape to put over car wires that repels rodents. It tastes terrible to them. I haven't checked into this because they said it's pretty expensive, but maybe a roll of that would be cheaper than replacing wires.
for my car, I have a rid a rat. It's a device that hooks up to the battery and emits a bright led light to make under the hood an unpleasant place to be. Not infallible though--one time, I had a mechanic come over to check out an unrelated trouble code (the emissions system), and in opening the hood, saw that my rid a rat got disconnected! a mouse chewed the wire that connected to the battery, I think he must've paid for that with his life. There were some mouse droppings near the battery. It's been reconnected and no further incidents.

Good morning, and Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Happy thanksgiving everyone! The past few months have really flown by and I haven’t had much time to check in lately.

Speaking of turkeys, two relatives of mine got a turkey from work and a niece won a turkey at school so we currently have three 😆. We plan on only cooking one for dinner today and making other meals throughout the month with the other two.

What are your favorite thanksgiving dishes? I’m a big fan of green bean casserole and the ham:drool

I love a simple green bean casserole. It's canned green beans and stuffing on top, put in the oven.

One of the Lakeshore Egger's just layed her first egg today. It's got a light blueish tint to it.

I checked the tracking number on the batch of the NN/Bielefelder shipped hatching egg's and the mailman should be dropping them off here today soon. I will have to unpack them and then let them rest from their journey from Georgia.

Update: They arrived and I have unpacked them to rest. A few of those egg's are nice shaped and pretty big, so I hope that those one's are the one's that will be good and hatch for me. 12 egg's, with none broken nor leaking.
