I might just take you up on that offer. The thyme, rosemary, and Transylvanian garlic are all sprouting, and once they take hold and can be transplanted outside, there will be pots available for dandelions.

Your fuzzy tailed tree rats are cute from a distance, but please don't make plans to mail me one of those, too!

I think it's about time to check into growing those dandelion's because even the flock can eat them. So, this would be a beneficial thing to be growing if we can get it to grow out here in the desert.

Apparently there was, it's contained, thought I saw some brownish clouds... wildfire season is the only reason I'm keeping my single door, 48 inch brooder cage.

I'm glad that you are ok, and the fire is contained. I hope that anyone near it when it was going made it out ok.

I drove thru Mayer and the fire was just over the mountain from there yesterday. The ladies at the thrift store were saying it was in Crown King...IDK. It looked so close. I'm so glad it is contained!

I spoke too soon, I hadn't noticed the Crooks fire. Someone filled me in this morning. There's a hotshot crew, there was a lot of smoke on the way to Dewey for breakfast. The advantage is that it's mostly in the burn scar of the Goodwin fire. Some people between Dewey/Mayer are on Set status too though. The evac area is (I think he said) the fairgrounds.

I think it's 15-20 miles away, but we're getting the smoke. I saw a big cloud/plume of smoke out my front window a bit ago.
