Arizona Chickens

I've been noticing his feathers changing like that for awhile. Your question prompted me to look back at some of my photos. (Am I the only one who has tons of pics of their chickens? Lol) I can see that they started changing in June and have just gotten more... frayed or curly looking... since. He'll be 10 months old on August 1st.
I have toonnsss of pics of my chickens too! From hatch to when I don’t have them any longer.

Last night my husband decided to go eat at Denny's in town. When we came home it was already dark. We normally see a lot of rabbit's running as we pull back into the driveway, but last night we didn't even see one. I wonder what happened to them all?
Hopefully just hiding from coming weather? Love watching the bunnies play.

The rabbits by us seem to get bolder each year. They think they're part of the flock...😅

Now that's some team work! The chicken's scratch up the grass, then the rabbit come's in to eat it, and it look's like the rabbit is snacking on the freshly dug up root's.

Lucky look's to have really filled out. He's looking good! Don't you just love the sound that they make when they are showing the girl's where there is a tidbit of food?

Yes! Lucky's a sweetheart. That's actually wheat grass fodder that I place out for them each evening. They tear it up and spread it around. :)
