Arizona Chickens

I get mine from tractor supply, because this new one isn't so far away from me. What breeds do you have? Bigger breeds consume more feed. That's one of the reasons why I switched to doing leghorns, as they are more feed to egg efficient I've been told.
I have lots of different breeds and lots of breeding projects I'm working on. I have both chickens and ducks. So just trying to look at better options because we have so many.

Edited to add I have both Bantams and standard size chickens and different breeds of both chickens and ducks.

I can understand that. That's why I decided to slack back on those bigger breeds that eat more feed. I'm doing the Leghorn's now in the different colors, but not the white one's.

If you have chickens and ducks, consider getting AllFlock feed. Ducks do need additional Niacin, and Lysine. Chicken feed may be low on those ingredients.
That is what I use for my chickens. It is 2% calcium. I have layers, and non layers, so I provide additional calcium cracked oyster shells, free-choice.
With AllFlock feed, you use same feed for all your birds.
Prices in my area are quite reasonable, from a while ago when feed was way too expensive.

This feed store is of course local to my area. But that brand of feed may be available in many areas. :idunno
