so, i spent from 6am until 1pm with my mom so she could get her chemo and not be alone. it takes us almost a hour to get there, plus the drive back, then i have to get the kids. so i have come to the realization that it's possible i may have too many chickens. i listed 2 delawares on CL (as much as i love them

) today. they are just one year this month but not laying too well due to the heat. before it was soooooooo hot, they were 5-6 day a week layers. i can only hope that come october they will start up again. it's just getting hard for me between the kids, girl scouts, my mom, wifely duties(whatever that means), and chickens, i need to start letting some go. any takers, please PM me.
