I deal with scorpion stings regularly. Bring them inside where it is cool. Give them water with lots of electrolytes and maybe some sugar. If they are eating, scramble an egg---or just some food in a dish to see if they peck at it.

Poison stings take ~2 weeks for a full recovery.
