Hello all I am looking for a white leghorn rooster and wondering if anyone know of a feed store that sells the laying boxes that the eggs roll out of the chickens reach? I have some egg eaters and I am getting very tired of seeing my eggs eaten. Thanks. I would prefer north valley/west side but, will travel if I have to.

You are going to be amazed at how fast these little chicks grow! Cuteness gone before you know it, then they're awkward "teenagers", then they are beautiful pullets all in a blink of an eye.

We took all of ours out of the brooder today and let them run around the family room with us as borders. (we put a sheet down, of course). They had a blast running around, bumping into each other and generally being silly. Of course, after a little chickie exercise they took a little chickie nap.
