It's in the backyard so coyotes & strays should not be a problem. I was thinking about under the pathway & up against the cinder block foundation, the chain link is 20" wide (about) but I will not be able to bend it like you did the wire.

I'm a big fan of paying for quality too. Whizbang and the EZ-plucker seem to be teh two big names around. EZ-plucker fingers are 100 for $53.00 and are advertised as "soft durometer" More research needs to occur!

I could probably compete with you. After building a house we looked at the workshop and thought we should open a tool rental place

. The better half is into fixing old (like really really old) cars. Too greasy for me.
And I have to admit that I like it here so much that it will take a lot of horse power to make me go somewhere else on weekends

. Maybe we have a teleconferencing plucker building party?

No competition necessary.

I'm pretty settled here for building projects as well. If you need, I've a milling machine and lath for making the spinny round parts. Let's definitely conference on the construction as I figure more minds = better products!

I know there is a section for selling chickens, but since this is the Arizona thread, we have a silkie/frizzle roo that we have to re-home, my girlfriend is completely in love with him and has always wanted a silkie or frizzle, we just got lucky and got the mix. Unfortunatly since she is a he so we have to re-home him. He also has a crooked beak, he eats fine, and is actually the biggest out of the bantam's we purchased by far, she is nervous someone will not want him or will cull him because of his beak. Here are some photos of him, he recently started sprouting some great looking highlights throughout his feathers, he really is a loving roo!
