This morning when I walked into the chicken coop, I was surprised to find this egg balanced on the roost. I sure wish the "little girl" could tell me who did it. Maybe it was the little brown chicken??

7/27 would be easy for me to remember, it was my moms Birthday and also the day I quit smoking last year.

How many of you arizonians are coming to the Feb 11th Poultry show at the Az state fair grounds? Its going to be a sactioned show. Its going to be a blast.

I posted a topic on the Everything else section about needing ideas or items for the kids showmanship awards... Can you guys read it and give me some advice.



Oh ya I also have a BUNCH of eggs that need to go into a bator. There are about 2+ dozenish of confetti type bantam eggs with the possibility of getting frizzled or sizzled chicks. I got some lav frizzled baby and a black, blue and a partridge frizzled among the other fun colors. I have pure silkie and silkie/polish/cochin mixes all in the same pen.. So it should be fun colors. I just want someone to hatch them & be able to enjoy them. How does $12 for the eggs I have and until picked up will be getting more eggs added. But please pick up asap please..
