I hope I can attend the meetup this time. I still haven't been able to get my van fixed. They put on two new hoses and we thought that was it, but it's still overheating and acting up.

I had a pretty good hatch a few days ago. I think I have 4 Silkies, 2 black Cochins, 2 Wheaten Marans, and some Silkie/Cochin/Sultan crosses.

My favorite is this little Silkie mix in the second photo. Isn't it a hoot?

I've never seen one split like that before! Gotta think of a good name.

I hope I can make it too. I have a family reunion the weekend before that in Oklahoma. Dunno if I'll be able to get away with taking off two weekends in a row. And I dunno if there will be any money left after the OK trip. Ill just have to see when the time comes

Hello all :

I am in SW Oklahoma but my DW has almost all of her extended family in Arkansas, Yell co mostly in Bevil and Danville (not sure on the spelling). We own a large chunk of woods near Clinton in the North central part.
Almost all of her family is in the Commercial Chicken Industry Tyson I think, I love your state it's so nice and the landscape's are just gorgeous. We visit about 4 times a yr there.

Is there anyone interested in someone bringing piglets? My neighbor has some for sale. He may let me bring some if anyone is interested. They are feeder pigs. As fast as they grow they may not be piglets anymore by then. Maybe he has some young ones that will be weaned by then.

How much is he getting on them?

Yeah we had family in Mt. Home. Still do. My parents lived there in the early 70's before I was born. I loved going to the lake there. I would love to retire there someday. I remember going to Fun Mountain to ride go carts. I loved it.

And I look at every shed wondering if I can buy it cheap. And now I'm looking at old school buses.

WELL..........COME BACK. I NEED CHICKEN FRIENDS.......I'M LONELY HERE BY MYSELF
