Arkansas folks speak up.........

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh! My eggs in the bator are hatching! I have a silver laced wyandotte baby!!

And 4 more pips! This is my first time to incubate and I'm super excited.
Every hatch is exciting but the first is always the most extincting!

Hatching update: 6 more have hatched. 3 wyandottes and 3 cochins. One of the cochins hasn't absorbed the yolk yet. It's still drying so I hate to mess with it yet. I'll post some pics later!

Anyone close to me interested in 2 silver Sebright chicks for $10.00. I'm not planning on showing Sebrights anymore and want to find these 2 a home. They are about 5 and 4 weeks old.
I also have a few female crele OEGB's $5.00 a chick.

Here are the newest additions! The one on its back is sleeping...scared me for a minute. Still waiting on the others to pip. Even if they don't hatch, I'm at 50% success so no bad for a first time with a borrowed incubator!

And those thing can jump out of a brooder.
Isn't that the truth. They can fly straight up about 5 feet. You should have seen me trying to chase one in the living room and keep the cat from getting it at the same time. They are fast and can hide in little bitty places.
