Okay , guy's is this normal . my blue andalusa were laying small to med white eggs . Then today i get a mini egg .

Yes, it's normal. They are called wind eggs or fart eggs. They usually don't have a yolk. It could be caused by a small bit of something breaking off and traveling down the egg duct, so that it gets covered by shell.
