Arkansas81 sorry I was Asking draye need to remember to put unames in post. I would be interested in know what chicks you have available in the spring since I am planning to add chicks. Thanks
I plan on selling some, and keeping some.Just a question do you plan on keeping all the chicks or do you sell them?
I plan on selling some, and keeping some.
Chicks are going to be $2.00 each regardless of breed or crossbred.
Ok thanks for the reply - since I am new to BYC trying to figure out which chickens I would like to add this spring and what is available closer to home.
In the spring I'll have hatching eggs available several different breeds and crosses.
Not sure yet on hatching egg prices.
Well I am trying to learn all I can before I jump in the chicken game. Any suggestions on breeds that do well in Arkansas? I am also working on a coop design and was wondering when I needed to plan on getting chickens? When is the best time?
