Arkansas folks speak up.........

Long time no post here ^_^ I was doing some research around the board and remembered I had not poked my head in here for a while.

Anyone headed to the Poultry Workshop at Moss Mountain on the 21st? My husband and I went to the first one and so this time around I'm going with my mother as she was sad to have missed the first one.

Where is Moss Mountain? I won't get to attend anyway as I will be out of town.

I'm not sure if this is the right place on the forum to post this, so please direct me if I'm wrong. We are likely relocating to the area of Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers-Bentonville (NWA) around the first week in October (2013). I have a flock of ten 5-month-old Orpington hens who just started laying, and one rooster. The last time we relocated I sold my flock, but I really don't want to do that this time. I'm hoping to find someone in the area with a spare coop and run while we're in temporary housing for no more than a month. I would provide their food and would pay an agreed-upon fee for their stay, and of course there's another benefit of their eggs. If anyone's interested, or knows someone who is, please send me a message here on the forum or reply to this post. Thanks!
