I'm ISO Cuckoo Maran Hatching eggs. They are my Husband's favorite breed. We've had terrible luck with shipped eggs so we are willing to drive anywhere in the State to pick up. We live in the southeast part of the State (New Edinburg).

I'll be at the sale next week in London Ar. I have to narrow down my rooster gang. A Cream Legbar roo and 2 Blue/Black Copper Maran Roos. All are almost a year old. One 11 week old Blue Copper Maran Roo. I, also, have a very pretty Blue laced red Wyandotte Roo. I can bring him if there is any interest other than eating.

Are they still having the auctions in London for poultry?

I have some young cockerels I need to get rod of. They are eating up feed.

I don't have anything against butchering them for eating but I have a hard time getting it done because of tendinitis in my wrists.

Breeds I am focused on right now are Golden Cuckoo Maran, Silver Sebright, Black Australorp.
Although I'm not against getting into other breeds, it is my anniversary after all

We are so super busy right now with some construction projects, I don't get to spend much time online right now.
We purchased two Guinea Hogs and their pen area and pasture have to be ready for their arrival at the beginning of September.
Roof over our current living quarters has to be put up to stave off the heat so we can be somewhat comfortable.
Storage Shed is currently 1/4 finished but is on hold until we get the roof finished, hog house built, pasture growing well and fenced.

This is what I love about homesteading, never a dull moment and always plenty to get done. The down side is no rest for the wicked seems to be the norm, but we are used to it now after two years of constant work.
