I know this doesn't help now but just keep me in mind for next season if you're a still in the market

yet! I'm picking them up in two weeks! I'd already filled my incubator.

Has anyone else found that since Arkansas is so humid that when incubating eggs, the humidity stays about 35-50 without adding water?

Sometimes mine stays in that range without adding water, sometimes it drops to about 15%. A lot if it depends on the time of the year.

Yes. It may depend on what part of AR but here in NEA,I pretty well never have to add water except a little bit at lockdown.
