And here is my other Polish mix with my niece....another roo I'm thinking...

They're so cute! I like Robbies color. You said they're a Polish mix, what is the other half? Is Betty Polish too? She reminds me of my white d'Uccle.​

Yeah, the polish are very cute when babies. And beautiful when adults. I like the buff laced color.

I got the eggs from De here and I'm pretty sure that they're mixed with EE's. All of the eggs were tinted bluish and in the mix there was a polish roo, a cochin roo and all of my mixed babies are either cochin or polish roo mixed with EE hens.

Betty is a pure white EE though. I'm sure hoping she's a poulet. I have a white EE roo and I'd love to see what they could do. My other four EE chicks are partridge colored.

She looks like a pullet to me, but I've been wrong twice before. Most of the time they look "roo-ish" by that age and have a more pronounced comb. One little roo slipped by me though, looked so much like a pullet was unreal and I was so surprized when his hackle feathers started developing. He's a great rooster though, can't complain.........well, only that I have too many roosters!​
