I have had OEGBs for about 4 years now. The hens love to go broody. Last summer I had one raising my RIR and Guinea chicks and peeps. My OEGB are bantams so by the 3rd weeks the chicks and peeps were all bigger than mom.

Too funny. Right know I have one broody with SQ Barred Rock bantams, due next week. I also have 2 other broodies with no eggs.
