Hello,, just down the road from you. I'm in the Sardis Coummity. Mablevale address but in Saline County.![]()
Can't speak for everyone, but it seems to be doing pretty well in South Arkansas. As my previous posts indicate about hubby wanting to transfer to Arkansas...I can not find his employer G&D Integrated moving down there or them sending the CAT parts to Arkansas. I personally do not want to move down there.
How is the economy doing there? People are saying it is bad, slow growth and companies are nervous.

Right now I've got Naked Necks and Easter Eggers. Getting ready to make some changes in the fall/winter season. Got a project that I'm gonna work on and need the runs for that.Glad to see someone near me. What type of chickens do you keep?

Hubby was told about that. I can not find it anywhere online search. Is there a CAT plant that does elevators and bowl assembly?
this is the only thing I found: http://arkansasnews.com/2009/01/05/new-plant-reportedly-to-open-in-arkansas/
I was @ Beebe Saturday, was there selling chicks. What kind of project? I thought of getting Naked Necks, they look so interesting. But I have other types I want to work with.
I have a Mix pen for eggs. And then I am going to get into breeding Japanese, Cochins, and Royal Palm Turkeys at least. I thought I wanted to do Polish and D'Uccles, but I am not sure. I got some oopsies a Silkie and Cochin mix, and a baby D'Uccle with a little afro. She is going to look pretty interesting, when she gets bigger. I need to make some more coops though, probably about 4. Maybe 6 if I get into the Polish and D'Uccles. haha
I just got some Easter Eggers at the BeeBe sale. They are beautiful chickens. I am so glad I got them.
