YAY criticism I don't mind at all! I will play with the ear. The nose I would agree but the picture I'm using for reference the nose is actually about 3 mm inside the face line. I'll move it a bit and see how I like it though. My email finally went through so I'm making layers of face parts now.Wow, that's awesome! @-@
I really hate giving criticism. It scares me.
But, if you want some....
The ear looks slightly out of place. Usually it lines up with the top of the eye, then to the bottom of the nose.
And the tip of nose could do with poking out just a bit more (enough to break the cheek line) to make the face look more 3D.

oh no. I want some one to say what they don't like. So I can make it better.
It's hard to see stuff until it's pointed out. especially when you've been looking at it for so long.
