Also, when using the dollar sign, it should go in front, (ex. $1.00) but when using the cent sign, it goes behind. (ex. 1.00¢)

OwO Is this new character? Cool horns, btw. I've always like the ones that lay along the head backways. (Unsure of technical or animal term) The wings texture kinda reminds me of that fad going around to put stars on the underside of dark wings.
