Good article but I often wonder at the 'constitutionality' of banning roosters? I mean dogs bark, some a lot but they are not banned.

Roosters are banned in our town. I work for the City Attorney and always give him a half-joking hard-time about gender discrimination written into our city's ordinances.

I liked the article. That's very "Seattle" to push the urban farm on to bee-keeping & goat herds (have they been reading my mind? I don't think Spokane would be as welcoming)
