Article Rating.

I've just read this article by Perris.

When I got to the end I wanted to rate the article but couldn't find the Rate Article button.
I found it eventually at the top of the page. I assume the button got moved when the new format came out.
I would bet that the rating of articles has shown a major drop off since the Rate Article button has been moved.
What seems to be happening, looking at other articles is people are using the comment box, I assume because they can't find the article rating button either.
Any chance of putting the Rate Article button back to the bottom of the page where people are going to notice it after they've read the article?

Wasn't the button both at the bottom and top before?

I only remember it being at the bottom before.
I too am used to it being at the bottom and forget to look for it at the top after I read.
