Eh, I go for the exact opposite. Pitch black on my property at night (people living in the neighborhood don't even know there's a house back here). What, you broke your ankle in a gopher hole and then fell into one of the ponds/creek/ditches of water? Oh, what a shame...

That could account for all the lights maybe
