Pictures please Hatching is thrilling, terrifying and nail biting all at the same time. My craziest hatch story... We were on day 25 and I didn't see any movement in the quitters, so I put them in the compost bin. An hour later the bin was chirping, I opened it up there was a chick staring at me. The chick and the remaining eggs went right back in the bator. But it was the only one that actually hatched. she's one of my breeders today.
