Asil poult limping and has bony protrusion on ankle,

This juvenile Asil ran into where I keep my young chicks and started grabbing one by the head I gave him a kick which ended up being a little too hard and he bashed against the door, one of his ankles has a bony protrusion and he's limping, pls help I feel really bad

Have no clue. Possibly a fracture.
You can splinting if the bird is having a difficult time getting about.
