Well, I just went with a smallish normal (not sample-sized) bottle of Tanqueray. (I DID get some limes, might try to make a gin rickey this evening.)

But if it makes you feel any better, I bought 10 pounds of cherries today, and in addition to making cherry butter and cherries in a red wine syrup, I'm also setting up some cherry bounce to be ready for the holidays. :yesss:

I also bought four heads of cauliflower (on sale) so I can make a big big batch of my favorite cauliflower soup. (I'm going to test and see if it will freeze well - but if it doesn't I will have NO problem eating it ALL!!!)

Well, I already had Q tonic, and I had limes, and now good gin. So I made my very first gin and tonic ever. Hey, this stuff is yummy!!! :lol:
