But of corse
Cumin - in powder - excellent for fish, and meat dishes.eggs
Caraway- poultry, meat, fish, eggs.
Turmeric- poultry, vegetables.
Bay leaf- pasta sauce, meat ect.
Cinnamon- some chicken dishes
Fennel seeds - excellent in sausage, and minced meat.
Hot paprika - almost in everything.
Mustard seeds- mostly in red meat.
Grow them yourself
Sage- fish ,red meat, lamb.fishe, pasta....
Tarragon- EXCELLENT with poultry, salads,
Basil- the king of herbs! You name it!
Mint- salads, tea,
Parsley, cilantro, dill,....a lot of things!
Artemisia- wormwood tea.
My herbs bushes:
Salvia -sage 2 species, mint,lemon grass, tarragon,Rosemarie, wormwood-Artemisia , Thai- basil, oregano,
Today home made Pizza for the kids, nice tomato souce, with garlic and freshe oregano, tuna, green olives anspd mozzarella.
A nice vegan dish a celery root, a variety of nuts, Thini and olive oil.
I'm not doing anything fancy. I've got chicken in the oven and thought I'd like to try it different next time. Any suggestions @attimus
